Project Management
Eng. Rivera, and staff, provide project management services from the planning stage all the way through the end of the construction. Projects range between private land development (residential, commercial & industrial), municipal, and public utilities/infrastructure projects. Inspections
Our staff has provided inspection services for over 25 years. Inspections can be for site work or buildings. Many times, inspections are needed to close out permits, to certify proper construction, proper operation, or to simply help ease the mind of the customer.
